Installation Instructions
 
  1. Click on the ‘Windows Mobile Full Install’ link to download.
  2. Open the downloaded file and double-click setup.exe.
  3. Follow the guided setup on your PC, and then sync your device.
  4. If you have an older Windows Mobile device you may need to install Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0 and Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition 3.1.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I install King Guide for Windows Mobile to a memory card?
The King Guide for Windows Mobile application and database may be installed on a memory card.  However, the included Microsoft SQL Server Mobile 2005, and Microsoft .net Compact Framework components must be installed on your device main memory.

How do I get a registration key?
Please send an email to info@kingguide.com with your 'Device ID' and we will generate a key and send it in a reply email.  Your 'Device ID' is displayed on the first screen of the King Guide for Windows Mobile software.

Do I need a registration key?
You may use the full functionality of the application for 30 days without a registration key.

My King Guide won't work because it is expired.  What do I do?
Most likely you have not downloaded the latest update.  Download the update at www.kingguide.com/downloads.asp and install it on your device.

Error referring not being able to locate a dll file, such as 'SQLCEME30.DLL'.
Microsoft SQL Server Mobile 2005, and Microsoft .NET Compact Framework components must be installed on your device main memory. 

Newer Windows Mobile devices have these components built-in.  Older devices need these components to run the King Guide software.
